I started working with Trevor because I needed to have a comprehensive plan in place that covered full-body workouts. I also wanted nutrition help to go with my running routine. He is a good guy and has a passion for helping people, which is why I chose to work with him. Going into the coaching program, I had reservations on knowing what the daily commitment would be like. Trevor eased my reservations by easing me into it, and not shaming me if I missed things.

My goals going into the coaching program were weight loss and better body condition. Through training, I improved my body condition, became more mindful about nutrition, and got stronger.  Throughout the process, I even got my family involved. My wife was very encouraging, and we started being healthier as a family.
