I am down 8 lbs but more importantly, I have lost inches in my waist, legs, and hips which have been my problem areas. I am also averaging 8 hours of good sleep per night. I also no longer have the aches and pains that I attributed to old age. I needed more stretching and mobility work.
Trevor is very knowledgeable and will help you reach the goals you want to reach. I was in pretty good shape when I started working with Trevor and now feel even better than I did. He has taught me to listen to my body and give it the rest it needs. You don’t have to torture your body to get results.
