Most frequent questions and answers

Online coaching works best for experienced trainees with at least few years of training experience. If you are new to training it is best to start with in-person coaching to make sure you are moving properly and gain some training experience.

It is best if you have access to a full gym (barbell, rack, dumbbells, bands, sleds, space to sprint, and jump, etc.). If you don’t have all of that we can give you some modifications or substitute exercises. 

You just need a phone or computer with access to the internet so you can download our app which comes with the program.

$50 per month or $550 for an entire year paid in full.

I do this for a living and the people I have worked with are proof that my programming works. When you get something for free you usually don’t do it and you get the results you pay for!

The program is 4 main days per week, plus other optional days. Each session lasts between 30 and 90 minutes. Training can be split up further if needed.

There will be programming up to 7 days per week depending on what program you are on. Typically 4 main days, consisting of speed, power, strength, and hypertrophy. Upper/lower split. Plus, optional conditioning, recovery, mobility days. Program adapts throughout the year.

Yes. You the best ways to reach your coach is through app, email, or text. We are not available 24/7. We want to be transparent. We have lives too. But we will get back to you within a day. Typically we are available between 6am and 7pm. 

A basic gym setup, either home gym or other gym. Access to barbells, dumbbells, bands, benches, etc. Space to sprint, jump, roll, and crawl. Specialty bars and equipment are a bonus.

Former and current athletes who are serious about becoming athletic for the rest of their lives. Anyone who wants to move better, feel better, build a lean physique, and enjoy training again!

If you’re just starting, you probably don’t need this level of complexity in your programming. If you’ve been lifting consistently for 1-2 years however and know your way around a gym, you’ll get great results from this program. If you are a beginner you would be better off with my 1-on-1 coaching.

No problem. The program can be adjusted to your schedule. Not all training days are mandatory. But remember, consistency is key to progress.
