Most frequent questions and answers
Online coaching works best for experienced trainees with at least few years of training experience. If you are new to training it is best to start with in-person coaching to make sure you are moving properly and gain some training experience.
It is best if you have access to a full gym (barbell, rack, dumbbells, bands, sleds, space to sprint, and jump, etc.). If you don’t have all of that we can give you some modifications or substitute exercises.
You just need a phone or computer with access to the internet so you can download our app which comes with the program.
$50 per month or $550 for an entire year paid in full.
Sessions last between 45-90 minutes typically.
There will be programming 7 days per week. Typically 4 main days consisting of speed, power, strength, and hypertrophy. Upper/lower split. Plus, optional conditioning, recovery, mobility days. Program adapts throughout the year.
Yes. You the best ways to reach your coach is through app, email, or text. We are not available 24/7. We want to be transparent. We have lives too. But we will get back to you within a day. Typically we are available between 6am and 7pm.
