HERE IS A DEAL JUST 4 YOU
Our semi-private approach allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching as one-on-one, tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but for a fraction of the cost, with more flexibility.
Your training sessions will be with a small group (up to) 10 other kids. This intimate size allows you to get the same personalized coaching as you would in a traditional one-on-one setting, along with the chance to meet new people on the same journey as you, and have connection and support from a team besides your coach. Session will be held 4 days per week (M-Th) and kids can come to up to 4 per week depending on their training plan.

How Does the Program Work?

The summer is split into 3 months (4 weeks each)
- Up to 16 in-person sessions per month & online coaching through the TrueCoach App
- Nutrition coaching
- Habits for Life Coaching (mindset, breathing, recovery, sleep)
- Weekly Accountability: coaching calls and check-in forms
- Private Support & Accountability Group
At Trevor’s home gym located at 117 N Falls Street, River Falls, WI. We have a basement gym but will mostly use the garage gym and backyard in the summer. Plus, we will go to the River Falls Public Montessori field/playground when more space is needed.
Yes! All athletes should be training even when they are in-season. We custom each program to each athlete and take into account everything else they have going on in their lives, including sports, so we don’t end up destroying their bodies and creating overuse injuries.
We will teach you the fundamental movement patterns. Sprint, crawl, crouch, roll, hang, squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, locomotion. We show them that exercise can be fun through the use of games, competitions, and activities.
We meet each athlete where they are currently and progress them as needed. Whether they are brand new to training or have been doing it for a few years, we will help them become the best athlete possible.
Athletes will get up to 4 in-person sessions per week depending on their individualized programming. Sessions are Monday through Thursday because in the summer families like to take Fridays and the weekends away.
Training will be programmed around any sports and other things going on in life.
Yes. You the best ways to reach your coach is through email or text. We are not available 24/7. We want to be transparent. We have lives too. But we will get back to you within a day. Typically we are available between 6am and 7pm.
