HERE IS A DEAL JUST 4 YOU
Our semi-private approach allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching as one-on-one, tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but for a fraction of the cost, with more flexibility.
Your training sessions will be with a small group (up to) 10 other kids. This intimate size allows you to get the same personalized coaching as you would in a traditional one-on-one setting, along with the chance to meet new people on the same journey as you, and have connection and support from a team besides your coach. Session will be held 4 days per week (M-Th) and kids can come to up to 4 per week depending on their training plan.

How Does the Program Work?
Q: What ages is this for? A: The program is for boys and girls 3rd grade through 12th grade.
Q: How much does it cost? A: $350 per month. $250 early bird deal if register before May 31st. $700 paid-in-full early bird deal for entire 12 week summer.
Q: How many athletes are in a session? A: Up to 10 athletes per session.
Q: What comes with the program? A:
- Up to 16 in-person sessions per month & online coaching through the TrueCoach App
- Nutrition coaching
- Habits for Life Coaching (mindset, breathing, recovery, sleep)
- Weekly Accountability: coaching calls and check-in forms
- Private Support & Accountability Group
Q: Is your program sport specific? A: Our program is “Athlete Specific”. If I have two athletes who play the same sport & the same position – that doesn’t mean they will have the same program. Each athlete has individual needs and start at different levels. While the sports they play is a consideration in designing their program, we focus on designing programs specific to the athlete.
Q: Who leads coaching? A: Trevor Gutting will be your coach.
Q: What types of exercises will you do? A: We will teach you the fundamental movement patterns. Sprint, crawl, crouch, roll, hang, squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, locomotion. We show them that exercise can be fun through the use of games, competitions, and activities.
Q: How long are the workouts? A: Each in-person session will last approximately 1 hour.
