The Choice Is Yours…


 Where are you located?
A: All sessions are run out on my private home gym located at 117 N Falls Street, River Falls, WI.
 How many sessions can I attend per week?
A: You get 8 sessions for the month (1 month=4 weeks) and you can divide those up however you want in the 30 days. For example, 2x per week.
 What are your class/session times?
A: Times vary. We will figure out the schedule in our initial meeting. My hours are from 6 am to 7 pm. 
 When does my program officially start?
A: Once you sign up, pay, and I get your programmed designed. Then we schedule your first session.
 If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
A: Yes! At TAG, we meet you where you are currently at and design a program to help get you where you want to be. 
 What do I need to know before attending my first session?
A: Wear whatever you like to workout in. Bring an extra pair of shoes if it is wet or snowy out. I provide water, if needed. Bring a positive attitude and be ready to work
 Is my lack of muscle and strength my fault?
A: Others would tell you NO. You should blame your genetics and your parents. You should complain that working out is too hard and that healthy food isn’t as delicious as hot dogs and ice cream. 
That’s the society they want to create. Don’t fall for it. Blaming others is kryptonite. It’s giving your power away.

 How long do the training sessions last?

A: Every program is custom to fit your schedule and lifestyle. Typically, a session lasts around 45 – 60 minutes.
