- Available in-person or online. If you are new to working out I suggest you choose in-person training as it will be easier to assess and monitor progress.
- With in-person training you get to work with me one-on-one and I can train you in various locations, depending on your situation. Locations include:
- River City Ironworx Gym, 264 N Troy Street, River Falls, WI 54022.
- My in-home or garage gym.
- Your personal gym.
- Online training gives you the ability to train wherever and whenever you want.
- Access to me for questions, concerns, information, feedback, and support.
- I will create an individualized program designed specifically to help you achieve your fitness goals. My programs are based on the amount of days per week you can train, the equipment you have access to, and your ability to perform different movement patterns.
- I will listen to your input and track your biofeedback.
- I will be there to educate and assess you during each workout to make sure movements are performed correct and provide you with feedback to improve.
- I offer multiple training session packages.
- I will make training fun and have you leaving the gym feeling better than when you arrived.
- Initial consultation and assessment to determine where you are and where you want to be.
- Weekly check-ins via phone, email, text, or in-person.
- Tracking of biofeedback, metrics, pictures.
- A customized plan you can adhere to, designed to assist you in achieving your fitness goals.
