If you are tired of feeling like crap after eating store-bought cookies full of ultra-processed stuff you have no idea what it is then here is a delicious recipe for you.
They are simple and easy to make.
Plus, you don’t need to bake them.
I love these Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies.
Ingredients:
16 tbsp natural peanut butter
160g of oats
8 tbsp of pure maple syrup
2 scoops of vanilla whey isolate protein powder (I used @Musclefeast)
This makes ~16 cookies
*Adjust the amount of each ingredient to make more or less
Macros:
~8g fat
~17 carbs
~8g of protein
~172 calories per cookie
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. (might need to heat the peanut butter a little)
On parchment paper, create cookie shapes with the mix.
Place in fridge or freezer and then enjoy!
