TAG Performance & Nutrition was created to help people like you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. We focus on building strong relationships with clients. Knowing that everyone is different, we design a custom fitness and nutrition plan that fits each client’s lifestyle. We work with clients to help them develop a plan that they can adhere to and create habits that will stick with them going forward.

We believe that working together is the best way to help clients meet their goals. Instead of forcing you to do a specific program, together we will develop a plan based on your goals and needs. This is a journey and not an overnight process. There is no magic pill to help you meet your goals. We are here to help guide you through your journey; holding you accountable and providing support.



Step 1

Fill out our application - So we understand your goals, where you are currently at, and where you want to be.

Step 2

Schedule a discovery call - We do a deep dive into your application. We will discuss your goals, your history, where you are at, and where you want to be. We will determine if we are a good fit working together.

Step 3

Strategy Session -We will build a plan to meet you where you are currently at and develop the plan to get you where you want to be.

Trevor was personable and professional. He did not give me a generic program that might have worked for me. Instead, he put in the time to make an individualized 4-week program that catered to my fitness goals. He could have just taken my word for it that I was knowledgeable about how to properly complete the workouts, but he preaches safety first.
