“Most people die at 25 and aren’t buried until they’re 75.” – Benjamin Franklin
This is all too true.
Physically, mentally, emotionally, intellectually, and psychologically.
You were once young, energetic, athletic, and full of life.
You were fearless, daring, and challenged yourself.
Playing sports, doing things you love, and being yourself.
Not a care in the world.
Experimenting, learning, growing and believing in yourself.
Then you hit your mid-20s or 30s.
You go to college because that’s what they tell you to do.
You get a shitty job with a dumbass boss.
You stop exercising, start drinking, partying, and becoming lazy and fat.
You start listening to so-called leaders and the news and stop making decisions for yourself.
Your health declines.
The aches and pains come.
Your start to fit in with society!
Your life feels in shambles. Like you are dying a long slow death.
Alive but not able to enjoy doing the things you love.
Not able to…
Play with your kids without aches and pains.
Go on vacations.
Play sports and be athletic.
Climb the stairs without gasping for breath.
This is no way to live.
I know because I was there.
Going to college is what you do.
Partying every day and night.
Eating garbage and getting fat.
I was alive but I wasn’t living life!
Instead of dying early and waiting to be buried, live your life!
Be an athlete 4 life!
Train like an athlete so you can play with your kids or grandkids without worrying about pulling a muscle.
Eat well so you feel good and look younger than you are.
Sleep well so you have the energy to climb the stairs, go on hikes, and take those vacations you want.
Start a side hustle so you chase your passion and turn it into your career.
Take control of your life.
Stop letting other people tell you what to do and make decisions for you.
You don’t have to fit in!
