As a trainer, I hear every excuse in the book but one of the most common excuses I hear from people on why they can’t train is that they do not have time. It is time for people to stop using time as an excuse. The real reason these people can’t train is that they do not want to train or they don’t find it important. This is fine. If training isn’t important to you just say that instead of claiming you don’t have time.
Time is a valuable thing and if something is important to you, you will make time for it. When it comes to training, you can always make time. People claim they can’t train because they don’t have time but spend countless hours watching Netflix each day. If training and your health are important to you you need to make time for it. It doesn’t have to two hours a day either. You can get a good workout in 30 minutes a couple of times per week. Plan out your time for training and put it on your schedule. Other things to plan to better your health and nutrition are sleep and meal planning. Plan on getting to bed earlier to make sure you are getting enough sleep. Schedule a day or two per week to meal prep so you are not having to spend time each day cooking and deciding what to eat.
Your health is an investment and it is important to invest time into your training if you want to improve your health and fitness. Look at The Rock.
