Train in a group of up to 10 kids. No overcrowded classes they’ll get lost in or feel like a number. Hybrid coaching so they get in-person and online coaching for when not with us.


They will learn how their bodies work and master some basic movements that every kid should be able to do.

Individualized Training

Our semi-private approach allows for the same personalized workouts and coaching as one-on-one, tailored to your goals and lifestyle, but for a fraction of the cost, with more flexibility.

Your training sessions will be with a small group (up to) 10 other kids. This intimate size allows you to get the same personalized coaching as you would in a traditional one-on-one setting, along with the chance to meet new people on the same journey as you and have connections and support from a team besides your coach. Sessions will be held 2 days per week (Probably Tuesdays & Thursdays). The training will be based on play, like young kids should be training. Think of this as a better version of phy-ed. Kids will sprint, jump, throw, roll, crawl, skip, hop, hang, and play games. This is not going to be overly structured because the main goal is to show kids exercise should be fun.

Month 1: June 10th – July 5th (2 days per week)

Month 2: July 8th – August 2nd (2 days per week)
Month 3: August 5th – 30th (2 days per week)

(More times could become available if needed)

Training will be held at TAG Performance & Nutrition (My garage gym and back yard. We will also utilize local parks).

The program is for boys and girls K-5th grade. If you have an older kid sign them up for our Summer Athletes 4 Life program.

The summer is split into 3 months (4 weeks each) 

Month 1: June 10th – July 5th 
Month 2: July 8th – August 2nd 
Month 3: August 5th – 30th
Times: TBD (Probably early afternoon on Tuesday and Thursday)
  • 8 in-person sessions per month 
  • Access to a coach who has worked with tons of kids over the years and know how kids should be training

$200 per month. $150 early bird deal if register before May 1st. $450 paid-in-full early bird deal for the entire 12-week summer. 

For best results, the entire 12 weeks is your best option. But, no, you can just sign up for 1 or 2 months if you want. 

There will be up to 10 kids per session to assure each kids still get individual attention but also be able to play games and compete. 

At Trevor’s home gym located at 117 N Falls Street, River Falls, WI. We have a basement gym but will mostly use the garage gym and backyard in the summer. Plus, we will go to the River Falls Public Montessori field/playground when more space is needed. 

Yes! All athletes should be training even when they are in-season. We custom each program to each athlete and take into account everything else they have going on in their lives, including sports, so we don’t end up destroying their bodies and creating overuse injuries. 

We will teach you the fundamental movement patterns. Sprint, crawl, crouch, roll, hang, squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, locomotion. We show them that exercise can be fun through the use of games, competitions, and activities. 


We meet each athlete where they are currently and progress them as needed. Whether they are brand new to training or have been doing it for a few years, we will help them become the best athlete possible.

Each session is scheduled for 60 minutes. If you need to leave early that is no problem just let us know.

Athletes will get up to 2 in-person sessions per week. Sessions will probably be on Tuesday and Thursday.


Yes. The best way to reach me is through email or text. I am not available 24/7. I want to be transparent. I have a life too. But we will get back to you within a day. Typically we are available between 6am and 7pm.
