Most frequent questions and answers

A blueprint session typically last 1 hour. The first half is a deep dive into you. Where you are at and where you want to get to. Then we will do a movement assessment. 

You need to bring yourself. Wear some workout clothes. Plus, you might want to bring a pencil and notebook to take notes. We will provide you with a PDF of the blueprint we come up with.

If you decide to start working with us in one of our coaching programs after the meeting, you will see your best results. We will credit the amount you paid for the session toward your first month of coaching.
