🎃It is almost Halloween and if you are like me you are craving Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.🎃
Which are by far the best candy.
Actually, the pumpkins are better than the cups!
But also, if you are like me you feel like a dumpster fire if you eat too many of them!
So what do you do?
You make these peanut butter cups/balls/or whatever shape you want!
This recipe is made from real ingredients, simple to make, and tastes better than Reese’s.
✅4 tablespoons of PB2 (powdered peanut butter) optional
✅4 Tablespoons of pure maple syrup
✅3 scoops of vanilla isolate protein powder
✅32 tablespoons of peanut butter
✅Dark Chocolate chips or bar (amount may vary depending on how big you make PB shapes or how much chocolate you want)
✅Coconut oil (adjust amount based on chocolate chips)
1️⃣Mix peanut butter, PB2, and protein powder in a bowl.
2️⃣Form mixture into balls, cups, eggs, pumpkins, or whatever shape you want. Put them on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
3️⃣Freeze for 30 minutes – 1 hour. Remove from freezer.
4️⃣In a bowl, put chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments until melted and then stir until smooth.
5️⃣Cover peanut butter shapes in chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
6️⃣Put back in the freezer and then enjoy!
