Train with me in-person for your chosen number of sessions per month. Plus, get online coaching for when we are not together in-person. You are not in this alone, we are there to help in the gym and outside of the gym as well.
- Support and Accountability
You don’t have to take this journey by yourself. You receive support from me throughout the process. When you choose to work with me we become a team.
- Personalized Coaching
Training alone, is not enough to get the job done. Receive an individualized training, nutrition, sleep, and mindset plan to help you achieve your goals. Track progress and biofeedback to throughout the process. Your program is delivered through my app to make it easier for you.
- Access to My App
With my app, you get full access to me, your training and nutrition plan, and a database of exercises with instructional videos to guide you along the way.
We will meet you where you are at currently and develop a plan to get you the results you want. Go from former athlete to athlete for life.

This is a long-term process. We don’t sell quick fixes at TAG. We help you build lifelong healthy habits. Therefore, we require at least 3 months of working with us. You can pay in-full for 3, 6, or 12 months. Or, month to month.
At Trevor’s home gym located at 117 N Falls Street, River Falls, WI. We have a basement gym but will mostly use the garage gym and backyard in the summer. Plus, we will go to the River Falls Public Montessori field/playground when more space is needed.
Yes! All athletes should be training even when they are in-season. We custom each program to each athlete and take into account everything else they have going on in their lives, including sports, so we don’t end up destroying their bodies and creating overuse injuries.
We will teach you the fundamental movement patterns. Sprint, crawl, crouch, roll, hang, squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, locomotion. We show them that exercise can be fun through the use of games, competitions, and activities.
We meet each athlete where they are currently and progress them as needed. Whether they are brand new to training or have been doing it for a few years, we will help them become the best athlete possible.
As long as needed to get results. We don’t coach by time we coach to get results. A typical session lasts from 30 – 60 minutes. The program is adapted and designed to fit your life and schedule.
Yes. You the best ways to reach your coach is through email or text. We are not available 24/7. We want to be transparent. We have lives too. But we will get back to you within a day. Typically we are available between 6am and 7pm.
