TAG Performance & Nutrition was created to help people like you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. We focus on building strong relationships with clients. Knowing that everyone is different, we design a custom fitness and nutrition plan that fits each client’s lifestyle. We work with clients to help them develop a plan that they can adhere to and create habits that will stick with them going forward.

We believe that working together is the best way to help clients meet their goals. Instead of forcing you to do a specific program, together we will develop a plan based on your goals and needs. This is a journey and not an overnight process. There is no magic pill to help you meet your goals. We are here to help guide you through your journey; holding you accountable and providing support.

ABOUT TREVOR GUTTING

My journey into fitness and nutrition began with my love of sports. Growing up in River Falls, I played baseball, football, and basketball. During high school football is where I got my first taste of weight lifting. There was just something about the comradery built lifting weights with a bunch of your buddies and teammates. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for a year before transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Stout. At Stout, I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and sales. I also earned my master’s in information and communication technologies.

My training experience also grew while working with and learning from some of the best coaches in the world. Including Dr. John Rusin, Cody McBroom, Joe DeFranco, and Jim Smith. I train people of all age ranges. From youth athletes to general population men and women. My training is based on the fundamental movement patterns. Coaching clients in strength, conditioning, sports performance, mobility, recovery, nutrition, I can help you achieve your goals. Whether that is weight loss, muscle gain, or becoming more athletic. I will design an individualized plan to help you achieve your goals.

Trevor was personable and professional. He did not give me a generic program that might have worked for me. Instead, he put in the time to make an individualized 4-week program that catered to my fitness goals. He could have just taken my word for it that I was knowledgeable about how to properly complete the workouts, but he preaches safety first. So, he still personally verified that I was doing the correct techniques for my workouts, especially my lifts. So that my time spent working out was not only safe but effective and efficient. Even then, he did not just send me on my way. He checked in and followed up with me weekly, offered additional guidance and support, and made recommendations or changes as I improved and/or needed modifications. He truly cares about his clients.
